Your Dual Advantage in Denver Real Estate: Realtor & Mortgage Loan Officer
I handle your entire move—buying, selling, and financing—with one smart, streamlined strategy. From off-market access to downsizing or upsizing, or help with creative lending options, I do what most agents can’t.
After a decade in marketing - including time spent abroad in the UK—I knew I wanted something more meaningful. I came home to Denver to start fresh, and real estate gave me that purpose: helping people make major moves with less stress and smarter strategy.
What sets me apart? A few things. Firstly, I’m not just a real estate agent—I’m also a licensed mortgage loan officer. That dual advantage lets me handle everything from offer to close, all under one roof. No hand-offs, no confusion—just seamless service wrapped into a streamlined process.
Whether you’re downsizing, looking for off-market homes you won’t find on Zillow, or want a smarter way to structure your purchase, I have programs built around your situation—not the industry’s. Most agents follow the traditional model: sell first, then buy. I flip that. Many of my clients are able to find their next home before selling, avoiding double moves, timing pressure, and stress. It’s one of the biggest advantages of working with someone who handles both your loan and your real estate deal under one roof.
There is a smarter way to structure your next purchase and list your current home. Most agents follow the traditional model: sell first, then buy. I flip that. Many of my clients are able to buy their next home before selling—avoiding double moves, timing pressure, and stress. Why would you ever list your house before you knew exactly where you wanted to be?
I help people downsize or upsize and find off-market and pre-listed homes before they hit the public market. At the very least, find the neighborhood you want to move to first.
It’s one of the biggest advantages of working with someone who can handle both your mortgage and your real estate move—with a smarter, more strategic approach from start to finish.

Now Licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Colorado
In 2023, I added another layer to my business: I became a licensed mortgage loan officer with American Liberty Mortgage. Why? Because after years of real estate transactions—both in the UK and here in Denver—I saw firsthand how often lending becomes the part of the deal that derails everything.
Sometimes it’s a surprise issue with the debt-to-income ratio.
Sometimes the lender isn’t available when the realtor and clients need them.
Sometimes there’s miscommunication that makes closing stressful—or puts the whole deal in jeopardy.
Sometimes the real estate side is totally dialed in… and then it all unravels.
I got licensed because I wanted more control over the process for my clients—and better answers when things get complicated. Whether you use me as your lender or not, I know how to spot issues early and help you navigate the process with fewer surprises and less stress.
Either way—you’re in good hands
