Meet Dan Maley

Realtor® & Mortgage Loan Officer

Before I got into real estate, I spent 10 years in sales and marketing—working with major brands like Coors and later at Starz, the television network. It was a fast-paced, high-stakes world, but eventually I wanted something more personal and more meaningful. I didn’t just want to push campaigns—I wanted to help people make real moves in their lives.

That shift led me to real estate. I even started out overseas, working as an “estate agent” in London. But the UK system didn’t sit right with me—it felt backwards and, honestly, a little shady. So I packed up, came home to Denver, and built something better here.

By then, I already understood that buying or selling a home isn’t really about the house. It’s about the life change behind it. A new chapter, a new challenge, a fresh start. Whether someone’s relocating, investing, downsizing, or just figuring out what’s next, I knew I could help make the transition smoother—and smarter.

Real estate has always been about more than transactions for me. It’s a way for people to build real financial freedom. It’s one of the best tools out there to turn goals into reality—whether that’s owning a dream home or creating long-term income through rental properties.

I take a hands-on approach with every client. It’s not just about finding the house or getting the loan—it’s about making sure the whole move works. I stay involved from the first conversation through closing day and beyond, making sure every step is clear and nothing gets dropped. Trust and communication are everything in this business, and I take that seriously.

My goal isn’t just to help you buy or sell a home—it’s to be the person you can reach out to long after the deal is done. Need a contractor, painter, or roof guy a year from now? Call me. I’ve built a network of trusted vendors and tradespeople so my clients don’t have to guess who to call. I’m here for the whole journey—before, during, and well after the move.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me attempting to lift heavy things at LifeTime’s Alpha classes or hanging out with Kevins—my one-eyed cat who somehow radiates joy and weirdness in equal measure. Kevin was rescued from Qatar, where stray cats have a rough go of it. He lost an eye, made it out, and now lives like he owns the place—which, honestly, he kind of does. There’s no explaining him. He’s not just a pet—he’s a vibe.

And yes, it’s Kevins. Plural. No clue why. It just fits.

I also love to eat out, binge good TV, and hit a movie—basically the epitome of lazy after going full beast mode at the gym. Balance, right?
